Hello. I know it might sound paranoid but it's my first time being a mom and I feel like I am not doing anything right. My baby is 8 months old and I have been breastfeeding. Since birth, I've been using Ariel nonbio for my oen clothes. Could it have left resifje on my clptbes especially my breas that could have transfered to my breast and then to my baby? What detergant do you use when you are breastfeeding? Should I habe been careful while breastfeeding especially with y families history with cancer?

I didn't know there was such a thing as Ariel non-bio. Isn't Ariel bio?

Anyhow, your baby will be fine. What are your concerns about stuff 'transferring?' What do you think may happen?

I breastfed two kids and that question honestly never ever occurred to me. We used the same washing powder as we always used, usually whatever was on offer in the supermarket. I've never seen any guidance on breastfeeding and laundry detergent so I don't think it's something to really worry about. I did stop wearing perfume though, I thought the smell might be a bit much for a tiny baby.

I breastfed too and wash my clothes in Ariel and it's never crossed my mind either. Please don't worry, your baby will be fine!
