My little boy turned 3 in January.

Sadly due to lack of dentists in my town and the fact I don’t drive he has not seen one yet- he is on the waiting list for two.

when brushing his teeth over the past few weeks he’s been complaining of pain when I brush his back teeth at the left side. I’ve asked him to let me have a look several times but he has the most horrendous gag reflex and even just opening his mouth makes him heave so it’s been a struggle 😂

anyway, last night I managed to get a better look and noticed at his top left molar, there seems to be another white area behind it! It looks to the naked eye like an extra bit of tooth? I couldn’t get a proper look but it’s very noticeable once you see it- I have no idea what this could be?

I’ve added an image but it’s not overly clear.
