My teeth are a mess. I have extensive periodontal problems which have led to loose teeth.
My dentist has said a bridge is not possible across my front teeth as the teeth adjacent are not stable. He has suggested I consider All on 4 as a possible solution.
I do need a cosmetic solution to allow me to work in my public facing role for the next few years. But also, does anyone know the longevity of these implants, and any issues re aftercare ?
