Mole on lip

I have a dark patch (which i think is a mole) on my upper lip and am thinking of removing it, but im afraid that it would cause a scar. May i ask if there would be a scar, and what is the best method to remove it without leaving scars and without it growing back? Thanks!

You need to show it to your GP. If she/he thinks it looks worrying, you'll be referred to a dermatologist who may do a biopsy before deciding whether to remove it.
