This is really odd… can anyone please help

Please can anyone help me. Not sure what to do or what it is. For background: I self medicate with lots of wine as I have a mental illness but that’s another story. I also take diazepam and I took one morning around 9am. I have drank no alcohol at all today.

Have had for the past two or three hours severe urge incontinence. There is no pain down there there at all only a really weird feeling. When I stand up there is a constant trickle of urine but when I sit down to pee on the toilet, my bladder empties but it is the weirdest and most uncomfortable feeling. Has me bent over and shouting out . It’s so odd .

I ran a bath and lay down in that for a bit. It’s worse when I stand. Wearing a sanitary pad but this is so so odd. Slight pain around the kidneys intermittently but not really painful.

I am absolutely freaking out . Does anyone have any suggestions what this could be?
It definitely isn’t cystitis and I’ve not had sex for a few weeks so not that either .

UTI? Kidney infection? You need to get your urine dipped. Any walk in centres/urgent treatment centres nearby?
Had any falls onto your bottom or back recently?

Thank you , it’s so weird and feels better lying down . Can a UTI do this- I thought I had to be in lots of pain.
I would say I’ve probably passed urine about 30 times now .

It’s not painful
to wee. Just really uncomfortable and a struggle to wee. Makes me shout out and it feels very strange.

You need to go and get yourself checked out. Please do that urgently. I don’t think anyone here can either diagnose you or point you to an appropriate remedy that doesn’t involve a health care professional. Please be honest with them about how much you drink - not just that you haven’t had any today but it sounds like it’s relevant information.

Go and get checked out.
