Hello!

Just looking for everyone's top tips to clawing back some semblance of good health after a run of rubbish.

My lovely germ filled daughter started nursery in August and has bought home many a bug for me to enjoy. The latest, which turned into a chest infection, saw me admitted to the hospital for a few days due to breathing troubles.

I'm only at the beginning of the steroids and antibitoics so I know things will improve but I'm so fed up of feeling exhausted and poorly! (And work will surely start getting cross soon...?!)

Feels like one thing after another... after another.. after yet more. So, looking for tips and things you swear by to help you feel back to fighting fit after a rough ride of bugs.

I eat well and have an active job but can't say I'm great with vitamins or anything (unless they're gummies and delicious).

Thank you!

High strength Vitamin D has been shown to boost immune defences and reduce recovery time from pneumonia, so that may help?
Moringa is also supposed to be good. There is a powder that you can add to smoothies, yogurt etc but I think they do capsules too.

Does Moringa boost your immune system?
One of the most important benefits of moringa is that it is a potent immunity booster. Its high antioxidant content also boosts the immune system and keeps you safe from infections. Moreover, moringa is also rich in iron and vitamin A – nutrients that enhance the functioning of the immune system.

That's brilliant, thank you. Had never heard of Moringa!
