Stomach issues

Wondering if anyone has had similar as can't find anything online.
For at least a year possible 2 I've had upper tummy pain mainly on the left side of can sometime take my breathe away it's that painful and will sometimes last minutes sometimes last hours but it happens Atleast once everyday. I'm also really bloated just the upper tummy. I've been having chest pains for about a year also and fast heart rate but docs haven't got a clue and I'm sick of being in pain daily with no answers 😔

Have you looked up costochondritis? It's inflammation around your ribs

Have you had any investigations? Abdo ultrasound is pretty non invasive and if GP won’t refer it’s not that expensive to get it done privately - I paid approx £150 for a central London appt.
