Hi, I had my ovaries removed last mar 2022, and went into menopause straight away, hot flushes etc.. they have all but stopped in the last few weeks, just wondering if anyone else has been thru this and if this is it now and I'm post menopausal , thanks 🙏

Yes, I was the same, had a total hysterectomy including ovaries at 35. I found the hot flushes unbearable and went on hrt a seefew months after the surgery. If your symptoms have disappeared I'd say you are post menopausal.

Thanks for that, I just didn't realise it would happen so soon so was a bit shocked, glad tho as last summer was horrid, I could barely sleep with the heat
