Stomach Bug? Slow Onset?

Hi All,

So I don't know if I have the bug that's going around. But I started feeling unwell yesterday afternoon, headachey, dizzy and hot flushes. Thought I was just overtired or had low blood sugar cuz I get like that.
But I woke up feeling worse today, with a bit of nausea etc and now this evening I have developed stomach pains also. I took 2x covid tests-both negative.
I know there are a lot of bugs going about atm so just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this recently? I haven't vomited or had diarrhoea (yet🤞) but don't know if I should be preparing for it.

There is norovirus everywhere at the moment so I would be prepared. Hope you feel better soon.

Yes, I'm like this at the moment - dizzy, hot flushes, bowel feels funny. I was wondering if it was a bug. Nausea too. I skipped working out today. Tired as well.

Yes I had a couple of days with very occasional gripey stomach pains and then developed diarrhoea two days later . Lasted for 48 hrs when I finally took Imodium
Unfortunately my son has now got the bug three days after he last had contact with me and is Skiing …feeling so bad for him . .
