Breast sore/wound HELP!

I have no idea what has happened, but I have developed a sore on my left breast. I am going to phone the gp in the morning, but does anyone have any ideas about what it could be? Was fine yesterday

Nasty. I think an abscess. Is there an out of hours walk in centre you can get to? I would be tempted to get that seen to tonight, especially if it’s appeared from nowhere.

I'd second that OP. It looks very red around the wound aswell. I'd be afraid of it becoming infected

Then I think you might need to go to A&E. If it’s come up that quickly I was say that was an emergency.
