Does anyone else always get sinus problems after a cold? Every time I get a cold (even if it's a mild one) I get lingering sinus headaches for several weeks afterwards. It causes pain, dizziness/lightheadedness, and a general groggy feeling. I also always get horrendous sinus pain that painkillers don't touch whenever I have a cold, even if the rest of the cold is mild.
It always goes away by itself in the end. Is there anything that can cure it quicker/prevent it happening?
