Eczema

A few years ago I started with eczema patches, only on my arms, back and chest. I’ve now got it really bad on my scalp and it’s making me so self conscious, I feel like I have to be careful what I wear due to looking like I have horrendous dandruff and I can’t get my hair done. Can anyone recommend a shampoo I can buy over the counter that will help? Thanks

Please help.. this has been ongoing for about 7 weeks now, we are really struggling to know whats going on, numerous gps have said it looks like eczema but seriously, we tried strong steroid creams but it just keeps coming back! No one seems to be able to give us an answer as to what is going on? It spreads fast and gets aggressive, we really are struggling and our poor girl is suffering every day.. any ideas?? Thanks
