I have, over the last couple of years developed joint pain in my knees and elbows. I’m 50 so it’s not unheard of to have age-related aches and pains I suppose!
I went to the GP a couple of years ago when the pain started in my knees and I had a scan which found nothing. I can only assume that it’s all due to wear and tear.
The pain is mostly when I’m moving - walking up or down the stairs in my knees. Elbow pain is when I straighten my arms or lift (even relatively light) things.
What I want to know is..what do other people do to help with this. Is there anything that people have done to alleviate the pains? I take supplements (vit D, Magnesium, omega 3). I was thinking more in the way of exercise? Or anything else?
