Constant blocked nose

Have had a very stuffy blocked nose for months now long before Christmas but I don't have a cold just a continuous blocked stuffy nose.
Any tips how to clear it or any idea what's causing it to be stuffed all the time.
No loss of smell or taste

I saw this last night. It might be worth a try

Netipot or nasal rinse (you can get them from amazon but you must use distilled water with them) and bellows breathing exercise. Nose has never been so clear

Is it all the time? Or worse at certain times of the day?

pippapipps · 15/03/2023 12:33

@Believeitornot I'd say all the time but worse in the evening and night time 🤷‍♀️
Thanks for replies I've heard of the netipot must check it out see what it's about

I’ve had this too. In my case, it’s yet another fun symptom of long covid. I was prescribed a steroid nasal spray which has helped a lot. My sinuses are still quite stuffy, but I don’t feel like I’ve been punched in the face all the time now..

I had this for ten months and was advised by a homeopath to completely give up all dairy products (and also wheat & soya). I did so & the improvement was immediate, certainly within 2 weeks I could breathe freely through my nose. I was then able to eat a little of the foods I'd been avoiding.
