Has anyone tried MD Hair for hair loss?

I've always had very fine hair that sheds like anything but my (new) hairdresser scared the pants off me before Christmas about hair loss. Since then, I've noticed that I can see my scalp quite far back when I look straight-on at the mirror. Now I'm worried it's already bad and going to get worse.

I'm prone to hair loss when I'm particularly stressed, but I'm fine at the moment and have been for ages. I don't have a family history of female hair loss. Both my mum and my grandma have thicker hair than me, and same with my grandma and aunts on my dad's side.

I found MDhair online. You go through a questionnaire and they recommend their products suitable for you. They have a range including shampoo, conditioner, serums and diet supplements, supplied as a one-off or on a subscription.

Has anyone tried them and have any good/back feedback? I'm aware that it can take 4+ months to see any results.

Hello I just found your question. I am also wondering about MD Hair. Did you try it? Did you try another system? How did it go? I got the exact same diagnostic as theirs from The Belgravia Centre and their products seem to work out about the same price / year. Wondering what to choose...

Yes, I tried it for about six months. I didn't think it made any difference so I stopped, but after another couple of months I really noticed that my hair was thinning back to how it was before. I just hadn't noticed how much difference it had made.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Are you on another treatment at the moment ? I am new to hair loss and looking for things that work. My diagnosis is genetic female pattern hair loss triggered by hormonal changes due to menopause.

No, I haven't been to the GP about it for years so don't have a diagnosis. My hair started falling out a lot after I had DC. I'd expected hair loss post-pregnancy but it never grew back to how it was before and a lot still falls out in the shower and on my hairbrush. I don't have bald spots but it's very fine and relatively sparse.
