On my right knee I can feel like there is like a linguini sized and shaped thing going in front of just below my knee cap. I can’t kneel on it, the pain is excruciating on the outside of my knee, not where I’m kneeling. I can moved it around without it hurting too much. Any ideas, dr Google has not helped.
