Tiny red dots

Hiya I suffer from health anxiety and these little red spots have really worried me!! Obviously Google tells me the worst! Anyway..I’ve noticed I’ve got a lot of tiny red spots mainly on the inside of my arms and some on my thighs too. They aren’t rash like just spread out! Is this normal? I should say I only really noticed them after starting on Citalopram

It'll be the Citalopram. A red rash is one of the many possible side effects.

Thanks for replying! I did wonder but thought as not really rash-like! I’ve had it for a few weeks now and started the Citalopram around that time so would make sense. I worried as looks a bit like petechiae x

I mean, see a doctor if you're concerned as I'm not one, and its hard to ascertain for certain from your pictures

I've no idea what they are, but i have hundreds of them, and have had for about 20yrs with no ill effect! Im not on any medication either.

What are you worried it is.
