Does anyone have any recommendations for hair vitamins / gummies that actually make a difference please?

14 months post partum and still suffering with hair loss and weak breaking hair. I have some re growth but it seems to be breaking off as fast as it's growing.

It is impossible to wade thorough all of the marketing so hoping to have some real life recommendations

Your body will take any protein (via food or supplemts) and give it to your vital organs bones etc and hair as a very last resort. Sorry!
There a really good live on Instagram if you want to watch all about hair loss. What works what doesn't and why if you are breast feeding for example it's such a double whammy as your baby gets those nutrients.
There's is stuff you can do to encourage growth ( but some of it not if you're breast feeding
Take a look at MDLondon. He's a lovely fella and has some videos that are worth a watch.

Thanks very much, not breast feeding but perhaps I just still need to give it more time. My hairdresser thought the hair loss would only last 12 months post partum but it doesn't seem to be slowing down, or perhaps it has but I just haven't had enough re growth yet it's hard to tell! I will take a look at those videos and Instagram
