how can i help dd3 get over a really bad cold

she has had realms in snot, earache, cough but not much of a temperature.

sheis eating plenty again. but is still bunged up nosewise and sounds awful

Warm honey and lemon drinks and Calpol normally works for us - and a morning on the sofa watching telly! Plenty of sleep as well, if she's feeling rough. Get well soon, little one!
