Dodgy lft results and pain in my tummy

I'll preface this with relevant information that I'm a hugely anxious person and once an idea takes hold in my head, I can't let it go. I've name changed for this.

I went to the doctors a few weeks ago because I'm exhausted, permanently. Dr did a full set of bloods. One of the Thyroid ones (T4?) was a little low, Dr says that isn't clinically significant. However my LFT shows raised ALT enzymes of 70ish which is nearly double normal. Dr says not overly concerned, but repeat in 6 weeks.

My appointment with Dr was very quick (telephone) and I didn't have a chance to ask questions.

Now a couple of days later I'm having aching pain on my right side. I tried to get another appointment, but if you're not acutely unwell you can't get an appointment inside of three weeks.

Not to drip feed: I'm taking naproxen and codeine for back pain, could these be causing liver issues?

I'm scared because my mum died of autoimmune liver disease, although Dr said ALT would not be first sign.

I don't know what I hope to achieve by posting but if anyone has any similar experience, it may help me.

My Alt is slightly raised too above norm as is my gamma (44 and 41) I'm on beta blockers plus I take 3 or 4 statinsa week and GP told me raised levels very common if you are older and on meds. I do drink but only 1/2 a bottle of wine twice a week . I'm also a few stone overweight and that's one of the main causes too apparently. Non alcoholic fatty liver I believe they call it.

Thank you. Am mostly concerned now about the pain (more of an aching really) under my right ribs. Suspect more is going on but then think perhaps I'm just an overly anxious hypochondriac!
