Sharp hip pain walking

P not the exercise type, lately started to feel my right side of back which unsure if it’s due to being side sleeper (always been) but also since birth. I’ve been leaning a lot whilst breastfeeding. Always had habit of slouching. My activity lately hasn’t been much other than changing baby, washing baby which definitely makes my back feel worse as leaning over. Usually do this on floor.

Now since yesterday a few steps around my flat and there is this awful sharp pain in my hip with walking - I never have hip issues but my mum has issues with her hip. She’s getting an op and now i’m panicking as 27 and this pain is limiting. I haven’t felt it any other time yet but walking definitely triggers. I’m not keen to rush to GP yet but just wondered if anyone had any idea?
The only other time I did some walking was on Saturday around shops but never felt it then and never felt it Sunday during the day. I also have been doing a lot of shimmying forward out of bed as next to me blocks side.
exercise vs none ahh

Most likely sciatica which is a pinched nerve. Absolutely horrendous pain.

Can it clear up or permanent?
