Had sinus surgery 6 months ago and have felt awful since. I now have constant ringing in one ear only. The sinus are constantly draining to the extent that the roof of my mouth is tender and sore and my tonsils are swelling due to this. Can breathe better from one nostril now but other one feels blocked but little symptoms on this side of my face. When i lie down to sleep i feel awful and the same when i wake up and the noise in my ear can only be described as really loud constant hissing sound.
i am currently using a steroid nasal spray, antihistamines along with salt water sprays and pain killers but nothing is helping. Have been waiting to see ENT since the surgery but likely to have a long wait.
just wondering if anyone has had similar or any suggestions on what else to try.
