Hi all,
I wrote here once before about having lean PCOS and my only symptoms being very long cycles (about 55-60 days) and cysts on the scan. I’m trying to conceive and while I have been pregnant once before (did not go full term) I am trying to make my cycles shorter and just generally more balanced.
after looking up supplements I realised they target different things, so I decided to do a female hormone test to be sure of what needs to be focused on. I just got my results back with fsh, lh, FAI, and prolactin all normal. The only thing flagged up was I had high testosterone (1.97) and low estrogen (187).
i know there are diff supplements like inositol, soy isoflavones and vitex Angus castus, which all help pcos. Does anyone know which one targets this high testosterone and low estrogen?
thanks so much! Any help appreciated
