Scabies? Or eczema?

I have developed this rash on the back of my hand. Small bumps. They are now itchy and red. Someone in work said it looked like scabies to them but I have no clue.

Any ideas?

Scabies? Or eczema?

It does a bit.
You need to get treatment if it is, along with the rest of the household, and clean all bedding, furnishings etc. it’s very contagious!

Pompholyx? Is that how you spell it?
Don't think it's scabies

Do you have Coeliac disease? It looks like dermatitis herpetiformis?
Coeliac disease is a whole body autoimmune disorder and the skin rash is hard to shift.

Doesn't look like scabies to me. Scabies usually follows lines (mite burrows) ans has small grey 'pencil dots' where the burrows start. It's wrists and between fingers mostly

Scabies would also be between your fingers, similar blister types but more concentrated and intensely itchy. Looks more like dermatitis. Have it looked at OP
