Doctor receptionist called me to tell me that was the result of my test.
I have no idea what this means.
To me, 'abnormal' isn't good.
And she didn't either. And there were no doctors to call me.
Then it turns out in spite of telling me it was about my urine sample, (making me worry about my kidneys which it what my urine is tested for)
Turns out it wasn't about my urine sample after all it was about an ear swab. But that was only because I called back and realised and double checked with her. Even then, she sounded really unsure with what she was telling me. I just wanted her to apologise for getting it wrong when she'd realised.
Is it ok to give feedback for this.
If I hadn't realised myself I would have spent the next few days thinking it was my urine. And tried to contact my consultant to question my urine results.
