I would be interested but would need someone to tell me exactly what I can and can't eat!

Have bought some diet aid tablets from Boots and taken one so far.

MaureenMLove · 10/02/2008 19:18

I'd love to try, but I never seem to be able to make it passed lunch time on day 1!

NAB, you're not well or haven't been, do you think this week is such a good idea?

OLDroot · 10/02/2008 19:20

if you have been unwell a detox is often a great away to get better.

I am hainvg juice for breakfast

2 apples
1/2 lime
1/4 pineapple
1/4 cucumber
1/4 avocado

And maybe for lunch

In the evening I will have brown rice mixed with tuna and a green salad.

good start, tinned salmon salad for lunch, fruit for snacks and roasted veggies with organic happy piggy sausages for dinner. Just had 2egg white omlette with tomatoes and basil for breakfast, will have salad or juice for lunch and fish salad for dinner with lots of fruit and nuts for snacks. Have gym penned in for rest of week but this morning taking ds2 either to beach or get him to help with some gardening - his choice! no prizes for guessing what I think his choice will be.

ps grated carrot and beetroot one of my faves

OLDroot · 11/02/2008 19:18

ditto the headaches and tiredness - it's not good. tbh - failed slightly yesterday - sooo hot here took the boys to the sweet shop and before it registered I was half way through a magnum . Joke is I don't like ice cream, don't usually eat chocolate but was just gagging for something cold!! 3 days in and failed - useless - today is a new day and all that went to the gym juiced for breakfast had chickpea salad for lunch (same as yeseterday) and for the third night in a row have fish for dinner. Can't give dh fish and salad again though he'll have a breakdown so might rustle up some brown rice and tomato chilli thingie on the side. ALways have warm water and lemon first thing. I want to shift about 5lb if I can as well as feel better. Onwards and upwards as they say...

OLDroot · 14/02/2008 07:59

Sibble you doing good -
