Word retrieval problem

As the title suggests I have lately been observing that I tend to find it a bit difficult to remember the word I want to convey to my listener. So I was speaking to my neighbour who asked me if I have a trampoline at home to which I replied No I don't have a trampoline bit I do have a .............(I wanted to say swing) but I was just symbolically showing it with my hands saying that thing haaaaa a swing. Also I wanted to tell to my friend the school has Easter Holidays from the 7th but i just couldn't bring the word Easter to my tongue though I had the picture of eggs and bunnies in my brains. I think I keep doing this randomly mostly when I'm stressed or anxious. I'm 32 healthy with no major health problems I don't smoke or drink. But I am definitely sleep deprived with a baby and a hyperactive toddler. I could say I am extremely sleep deprived!!!. Does anyone here experienced something similar? I'm starting to worry as I have health anxiety.

I had this throughout pregnancy and still have it with an 8 month old. I've decided not to worry about it for a while as my understanding is that your brain is just a crazy place for a good year or so post birth, perhaps longer. I am fine it improves a bit when I'm not knackered, although that's pretty rare ...

Sleep definitely makes word finding an issue.

I have this problem too and have for years. It's a bit of a family joke.
