This is a bit embarrassing but for the last few weeks I've been struggling to wee properly, I've felt like I can't fully empty my bladder and I'm so gassy 😳 now I'm having pain in my lower belly like intense period pain but more at night, during the day it's more of a full sensation. Any ideas on what could be causing this? I've had loads of UTIs in the past but this doesn't feel like a UTI.
