Could this be a possible heart attack?

This morning about 6.30 I was just laying in bed and browsing my phone, when I developed suddenly a really bad pain in the back of my neck ( on the base of my scull at the back)
I occasionally get bad neck from laying on my pillow etc, or bad posture but this one was a different one as usually as soon I move or sit up - the pain would get better, but in this case today it was getting actually worse, like graduating and no change of position helped.
It was so bad that I actually started crying.
I also started sweating and felt nauseous and sort of like I felt I couldn’t breathe and the pain moved down across my shoulders, to my back and it felt very sore when I breath in and out.
I managed to go downstairs and take some liquid Ibuprofen for quicker absorption as I felt worse and worse.
It got a better after about 10mins though I felt still a bit strange, like lightheaded.
After it I had to go to on school run.
My back and shoulders still feel very tense even now and sore anytime I move my head especially the left side, also the spine feels sore.
I managed to see Dr ( paramedic) around 9.30, when I told him this he brushed it off as it doesn’t sound like anything to do with my heart, checked my blood pressure which was slightly off but apparently normal, my oxygen stats were ok too and off I go as it sound like muscular issue ( booked ecg in a week)
I looked it up and according to Mr Google I had all signs of heart attack!
I’m very worried now.
Im 48 almost 49 this year.

I've had something like this and had an ECG which was all normal, blood pressure, heart rate all normal. The GP said it was likely anxiety. I've lost weight and do more exercise and my job isn't as stressful as when I was first having these issues. Yoga has helped immensely - I think I was breathing quite shallow and this caused or exacerbated the problem.

I also have found more recently that I have oesophagitis and a hiatus hernia so some of the pains could have been related to that developing.

@Catspyjamas17 thank you.
I never had this before, even I do suffer from neck pain often as of sleeping awkward, this usually goes away as soon I start moving etc.
This morning I just felt so different, like something sitting behind me neck and pushing.
It started in my neck, base of my head. I also have an infection outer ear ( the outside cartilage) so first I thought it’s connected to it as my ear area hurts quite badly too..

When I move my head, the both sides of my shoulders hurt and also I can hear grinding sound when I turn my head..
