Question about enemas

Enema question, possibly tmi sorry...
I've bought a small mini Enema that has a nozzle and you squirt warm (tap?) water into the rectum and I can't believe it but the impacted stuff does come out. Is this safe to use daily? I can go for my first visit in the morning unaided. But by the early afternoon I feel like going again but it's too solidified to budge even if I sit squatted and breathe, relax etc. Really can't use glycerin suppositories everyday they leave pain in my rectum.
Worried I become dependant on this mini Enema and if it'll worsen my rectocele, bowel problems....

Do you really need to go more than once a day? After an enema there's not really anything left in your bowels.

Still feels like there's something in the rectum and sure enough when I used a suppository or Enema there is more, possibly retained by rectocele but no idea
