Over 3 years and still no definite answers and nobody cares! What would you be leaning towards with all these symptoms?

Fatigue
Breathlessness
Sudden onset of pre syncope that went away
POTS that comes and goes
Horrible achey arms
Sudden onset of carpal tunnel which went away on it's own 2 years ago
Headaches
Tremors
Twitches
Ectopic beats
Burning feet that come and go
Limb weakness
Dizziness
Brain fog
Feeling spaced out
Metallic taste in mouth
Thumping in ear
Shaking/blurry vision
Pins and needles
Shakey legs
Always cold but sometimes flush and sweat too much
Hot face with red cheeks comes and goes
Adrenaline dumps
Anxiety
Head rushes/waves?
Tachycardia
Low blood pressure
Probable small fiber neuropathy without a cause
Sore/achey/stiff neck and base of skull
Sometimes nausea

All symptoms come and go. Sometimes I will have a few symptoms throughout the day, sometimes (rarely now though), none.

I feel like shit.

I have a fair few of those and my GP recons it's long covid

How old are you op? Lots or peri menopausal symptoms in there...

Ethelfromnumber73 · 28/02/2023 08:15

All of these could be due to anxiety. It can cause these physical symptoms and is utterly horrendous

allypally999 · 28/02/2023 13:26

@Mumma02 sorry was out for a bit. Yes just got diagnosis but no cause found (and to be fair he did do a lot of tests). I am at better end of SFN which is good as if you Google it the other end is nasty. I suggested it might be down to my weight and he said losing a couple of stone might help (and certainly would do me no harm) so I am trying that

The obvious one is long covid (exacerbating/prolonging existing symptoms, adding new ones)

Have you had a full blood count done?

Mammillaria · 28/02/2023 13:31

Peri menopause? Although I'm guessing you've probably considered that.

Histamine Intolerance?
