Got diarrheoa with wind and sharp pains

Started after i ate porridge for breakfast but is there a bug like this at the moment

I had exactly this last weekend. Nothing I ate.

I wonder what the fuck this is Still have watery diarrheoa Terrible acid reflux which made me sick this morning because Nexium which takes longer to work would not stay in my system long enough. Cheers Big Pharma for getting rid of Zantac which worked quicker.
