What on earth could this be? Really getting concerned 😟

I have been quite unwell for the last week or so with a really bad cold. Just before my cold started I have been getting a really strange feeling. I’m going to try and explain it as best as I can but feel free to ask any questions.

My ankle and wrist on my left side feel very odd. Not painful but a heavy dull feeling, they feel quite restless. The feeling could be described as ‘icky’. I can’t relax because of it. They aren’t twitchy but I feel like I can’t not move them. The feeling is now in my left eye slightly. When I am moving around and busy it’s fine. There’s no loss of strength or pain. It’s when I sit down it comes on.

Does anyone have any idea what it could possibly be?

Covid

Some people seem to have have these odd neuro-type symptoms. Bit like restless leg syndrome, but in other places.

could that be it?

I tested for covid this week and it’s negative although a friend said that some strains aren’t picked up on the tests.
