My DS 11 years old has been passing out recently with chest pain. Taken to hospital who discharged as obs were all fine. They have sent a discharge paperwork stating "HR 5 minutes post standing from lying down 75 HR 20 minutes after standing 123 Postural Orthostatic Tachychadia Syndrome. Does this mean they think he could have POTS? TIA
