Help-messed up Zoe registration

Popped my Libre sensor on 15 mins ago all geared up to start tomorrow...and put my own details into the Libre App THEN read I was supposed to add the ones they provided. Have I ruined it?? No option to edit & as I've scanned the sensor I don't think it'll pair with the app if I delete and download it again??? Bugger.

Can you tell me what happened about this please, I’ve just done exactly the same thing. I can’t believe I did it, especially after I’d read the bit which said don’t put in your own details, doh!!

I’m really glad to see that I’m not the only one who did this, but please could one of you let me know what happened? Iv contacted the team but waiting to hear

Was there an update on any of these questions. I have just done the same thing

I contacted the customer service. They talked me through deleting the app reinstalling it & making the changes to the set up. They were really good.
They'll need to set you up with another user name etc. Good luck x
