DD always looks ill

My DD is 14 months old, and has always been on the lower centiles for weight.

She seems to have bad circulation as her hands and feet are always cold, and sometimes become an almost purple colour.

I'm just concerned as she always looks pale, and has a dark tinge around her eyes, the HVs and our GP have reassured me thats it's nothing, but I can't help worry. We never had anything like it with DS.

Sorry I know it seems I'm worrying over nothing, it's just quite startling, especially in photos where DS has tan skin and rosy cheeks and DD looks really pale.

They have the exact same diet and do the exact same things so it is just odd.
