Has anyone took a vitamin and seen improvement with this syndrome? Foot clinic told me to look up as he couldn’t remember but 1 is supposed to help .
I take vitamin c dissolve which really seem to be helping my skin , but when I’ve looked for Above it brings up all different ones .
Currently got infected chilblain . Hopefully coming towards the bad season weather wise and want to be more prepared next year .

Sorry if this is too late to help you but... I don't think supplements help. I asked the consultant rheumatologist about Ginko Biloba, Evening Primrose Oil, Fish oils, etc. and he said the don't do anything.

FWIW, I had already tried Ginko Biloba and Quercetin and there was no difference. I take a supplement for hair/skin (incl high vit C & B vits) and although I can see my improvements to hair and skin it has hasn't helped with the Raynauds.

My fingers and toes have been really bad this year, the consultant said the only real option are drugs like betablockers or viagra😯which I'm reluctant to take but I'm sick of the pain and discomfort.

I hope this helps 🙂
