I have recently just stopped taking the mini pill, when I was on it I didn’t really have much discharge, apart from the spotting that’s expected. Ever since I’ve been off i’ve had a ridiculous increase in white/milky discharge, I thought I could be ovulating but usually after ovulation the discharge goes back to being dry/sticky. This has been going on for about a week now. I did also notice some spotting mixed with the discharge, only a little bit. Is this some kind of infection that I need to talk to my doctor about? Or is it possibly my body regulating my hormones again since coming off the pill? I never usually have this much discharge, it’s usually just watery like the standard amount. I am a bit sore at the moment around the bottom part of my vagina and when I wipe that part it bleeds from irritation. so I don’t know if it has anything to do with that?
