Lump in baby girl's breast behind nipple (9 months)

My baby girl has developed a lump behind right nipple, it's quite hard and flat size is about 1.5x1 cm. It seems to have gotten bigger in the week since I found it.
We were seen by two different GPs who are both unsure of what it is, they didn't seem sure it is breast buds from hormones from me. One of them said she will get in touch with the pediatrician.
Has anyone experienced this? Worried it may be something a bit more sinister.

We were told it's normal breast tissue, and that it will go away. It's gotten bigger but not by a lot. Just looks and feels like a growing breast

My daughter had this. We were told by the paediatrician that it's hormonal and should resolve by 18 months - 2 years.
