Magnesium for sleep

CorsicaDreaming · 18/02/2023 09:30

Please can I have your recommendation for the best magnesium supplement for promoting sleep? Ideally, I want the exact type and brand that you take and has worked for you, as a lot of people are mentioning magnesium on the insomnia threads, but there seem to be many different types and brands so I want to find one that people think has really helped them. Thanks

This one. I saw it recommended by someone on here and it works for me. I’ve tried other, cheaper, options but it’s been a false economy. These work well. I take 1 morning, 1 lunchtime and 2 in the evening.

Will be watching and follow with interest. I would like to give magnesium a go also, but unsure which one.

I’m on the one pp has pinned.
I’ve taken it for several months now, and it helps me sleep, and it’s helped my meno brain.

Ideally you want 500mg elemental magnesium - read the label to find it.
mag glycinate is said to help sleep, if sleep is your only problem.
