Hi,

Just wondering whether people with this have had more success with soolantra or azaleic acid for Type 1 rosacea? I've never really used topical treatments but want to try and improve my skin for my wedding in 6 months and don't know what to try first! My skin is insanely sensitive so feel a bit nervous about trying something new.

I have type 2 rosacea and use the Dermatica treatment. It has made such a difference to my skin and I wish I had found it years ago.
My treatment does have Ivermectin which is the Soolantra, metronidazole and niacinamide.
I did get Rozex(metronidazole) from my Dr but I didn't like the texture and it only helped a little. If you don't go to your Dr I would try Dermatica, you answer the questions, upload 3 photos and they will then prescribe your treatment. It's really easy, a couple of pumps every night and it has a nice light texture. I have a referral code if you are interested. www.dermatica.co.uk/referrer/3LW935
