The tiredness is getting worse and is getting harder to shake. I exercise, eat well, get 7/8 hours sleep a night but none of that touches the sides any more. I do get up at 5am which isn't great, but have done this for the past 6 years. GP reluctant to prescribe HRT as I'm under 40 🤔
