I am known as a drama queen so nobody is taking me seriously, but every other day or so I get this pain in my knee always the same place and the same leg like on the outer side of my knee it's excruciating it is a stabbing kind of nerve pain and lasts for about 30 seconds, but say for instance I'm sat on the sofa when it happens I will throw myself off the sofa and thrash around in pain, if the pain lasts for more than 10 seconds I've even cried!
It can happen whether I'm sat down, driving, walking, any time! And my poor 2 year old is terrified when it happens. It feels slightly like cramp but the pain is 10x worse
Has anybody had anything like this? Or know what it could be. I know I should go to the Dr's but I'm a couple of stones overweight and feel they just use your weight as the cause for anything even though in every other way I'm fit and healthy.
Thanks
