Sorry for the tmi. For the past week or so I have had a sore visible rash around my bum, when I wipe it will sometimes bleed. It’s not itchy, but it’s very sore. It’s also sore when I go for number 2, and when I sit down. I’m not sure if it’s due to sometimes being constipated and straining/wiping too hard or if it’s an issue I need to go to the doctor about. I can see a visible purple kind of lump on the outside? Did some research and came across anal cancer now I’m freaking out but I’m sure it’s not that?
