Chapped fingers

Does anyone get this, chapped fingers which sometimes open up? Only on my right hand. Had it for months, gets worse in cold weather/ stress. Horrible as I am right handed and can’t even touch my baby with my right hand because it’s so scratchy and flakey. Like hard flakes though.

Feels like a waste of GP’s time but it’s impacting my life now. Should I go? Or any ideas here? TIA xxx

Yeah I get this at times.. it's eczema. Go to your GP, they can give you something for it. Not wasting time at all

Yes.. it's been awful this winter. My fingertips split and my DS2's hands are cracked and bleed. You need a proper emolient from the GP.
I actually use flexitol (heel crack stuff) ont he splits on my fingertips and cover overnight and it really helps.

Try nursem hand cream or repair fix, cotton gloves overnight.

Apply CCS Swedish foot care cream to the finger tips before bed , then protect with a sticking plaster overnight. Or try Moo Goo from Holland and Barrett.
