Elevated Vitamin B12 levels

Has anybody had elevated Vitamin B12 in their blood test results and, if so, did you find out the cause?

My kid had it, it actually might mean your body doesn’t absorb it so you might be quite low on b12

sometimes it’s the gut that might have issues and can’t absorb vitamins properly

We just did lots of probiotics and got sublingual b12 supplements with tiny bit lithium that helps the b12 absorption . Next blood test levels were bit better

Thank you for replying, did they retest you or do anything?

My GP wasn't willing to retest as she said it's nothing to worry about. I had the test done privately as part of a Randox package.

If you don’t mind me asking do you know how high it was.
