Sudden dizziness lying down

Hello
I was wondering if anyone experienced something similar as I don't know what this is. I was lying down in bed, watching TV, feeling relaxed. Then there was a medical emergency scene on the TV and suddenly I felt the sensation dizziness, like I was moving up and down. I jumped out of bed in a panic, walked around the few minutes, thinking it was a stoke. I did all the checks, no weakness, no tingling etc, just felt panic. I sat down, trying to calm myself but felt it again for a 30 seconds. And then it stopped. This was 3 weeks ago. I have felt fine but it's nagging me as to what was. Was it a panic attack from watching something stressful on TV? I do suffer from anxiety from time to time. Or was it a stoke? I have low BP, no heart issues, but I've heard TIA sometimes happens in healthy people with very discrete symptoms. Any advice would be great.

Hi. One thing it could be is BPPV. That happens sometimes if a calcium ball in your inner ear goes for a wander. It happens when you move your head in a particular direction and it lasts about 30 seconds. There's exercises you can do to get the ball back in place if it's that.

@FenghuangHoyan I did think about that. When it came on the second time, I was actually bending over on the floor to wipe something.
It just seemed odd that it came on, all of a sudden when I was lying down, but not moving or change position.
I am a definitely a hypochondriac, so can't get the fact that this could have been a TIA out of my head...
