Tonsillitis?

Sorry about the graphic image but would you say this is tonsillitis? I've had awful sore throat since Tuesday I can't even swallow my own saliva, flu symptoms but no cold. Is it worth ringing the doctors?

Ouch they look sore, ring your GP or go to your local pharmacy.

Looks like you could do with antibiotics before that gets worse. Hope you feel better soon x
