Is this worth a call to doctors

Ds18 has been in bed since last Wednesday. He's complaining of a banging headache, body aches, no energy, really bad sore throat and now green diarrhoea. He's also had 2 slices of toast in 6 days.

Just wondering if anyone knows what could be wrong with him and is it worth a call to the doctors?

He really has gone a long time without nutrition. Are you giving him shakes or those high calorie meal replacement drinks? You could make them up and freeze them so they're like ice cream. He really needs calories and a decent blood sugar for energy etc and to get better but I'm sure you'll know that.

Please take him back if he continues not to eat. As long as drinking he obviously won't be dehydrated but after 'probably flu' then 'Septic tonsillitis' without antibiotics I'd have a really low threshold for returning.

Sorry to keep going on but he could have an abcess on a tonsil if it doesn't improve soon.

Are his glands swollen on his neck?

He's eaten something tonight and actually gone out with friends. Said he feels loads better today. Still said his throat is sore but not like it was.
Yes all his glands were swollen as well in his throat/neck
