Progress on my "cough since Easter"

I had covd in Oct 21 - no cough; I was quite poorly and it took a while to get over

I started coughing at Easter, spoke to a GP in Jun (ish)
Had blood tests and chest xray
Tried antihistamines small improvement nothing significant
Tried omeprazole small improvement nothing significant
Tried both no further improvement

Had 2 lots of antibiotics for my sinuses (separate infection) no change at all

Went on ventolin and it helped quite a bit
Went on a brown inhaler which was also quite helpful

The cough changed and started sounding like a cat with a furball! My external throat hurts and I am still tired all the time (gave cfs/fm so...)

GP prescribed 2 x 16/500 cocodamol 4 times a day which stopped the cough

Then I noticed I was having short periods of heart palpitations roughly when I would have expected to cough and I get a bit 'flustered' when it happens - DD says I go quite an odd colour during both my furball cough and this new thing

So I get a 24 hr monitor

God I'm tired

Borrowed a smart watch and wow! At least I'm not imagining it!

My lower rate is about 66 and the peak is 122 - I was watching TV and sewing a buttonhole so hardly anxiety inducing!!
